At Eurotek UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postcode to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a refund.

  Ship the Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location across the UK.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
